Are all items really handmade?

Yes — every single piece is made by hand in our Limassol atelier. No machines, no mass production. Each item takes hours to complete and is checked before it leaves us.

Can I request a custom colour or size?

Absolutely. Many of our pieces can be customised — colour, size, personalised tags. Contact us via email or WhatsApp before placing your order and we'll let you know what's possible and the lead time involved.

How long will my order take?

Ready-made items are dispatched within 2–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces typically take 5–10 business days to complete before dispatch. We'll always confirm your estimated timeline when you order.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes — just let us know in the order notes at checkout and we'll wrap your piece beautifully. Gift wrapping is complimentary.

Are your baby products safe?

Every baby piece is made by hand with care and checked before it leaves us. Because they contain small parts, please supervise young children while they are in use and check pieces regularly for wear. If you have any questions about a specific item, contact us and we will gladly help.

Can I find Miss PAPA products in stores?

We work with a small number of selected boutiques in Cyprus. Contact us to find out if there's a stockist near you, or browse our full range online.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. See our Shipping & Returns page for details and delivery times.

I have a problem with my order — what should I do?

Please contact us as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, at info@misspapa.com or WhatsApp +357 97 782 484. We will always do our best to resolve any issue quickly. This does not affect your legal rights.
