## Our commitment to you Every Miss PAPA piece is handmade with care and checked before it leaves us. If something isn't right, we want to fix it. ## Damaged or faulty items If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within **48 hours of delivery** at miss.papa.enquiries@gmail.com or WhatsApp +357 97 782 484. Include a clear photo of the issue and your order number. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund — your choice. ## Ready-made items — returns Unused, ready-made items (not custom or personalised) may be returned within **14 days of delivery**. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and undamaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. To start a return, contact us at miss.papa.enquiries@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. ## Custom and personalised orders Custom-made and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
