## Overview By placing an order with Miss PAPA at misspapa.com, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. ## Products All Miss PAPA products are handmade. Due to the nature of handcrafted items, slight variations in colour, size, or finish from product photos are normal and not considered defects — they are part of what makes each piece unique. ## Ordering By submitting an order, you confirm that: - The information you have provided (name, address, payment details) is accurate - You are legally authorised to use the payment method provided We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil it (for example, due to a material being unavailable). ## Prices and payment All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. ## Custom orders Custom and personalised orders require confirmation of details (colour, size, personalisation text) before we begin production. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or changed. Full payment is required upfront for custom items. ## Intellectual property All designs, photographs, and content on misspapa.com are the intellectual property of Miss PAPA and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission. ## Limitation of liability Miss PAPA is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
