## Overview By placing an order with Miss PAPA Handmade Creations ("Miss PAPA") at misspapa.com, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. ## Products All Miss PAPA products are handmade. Due to the nature of handcrafted items, slight variations in colour, size, or finish from product photos are normal and not considered defects — they are part of what makes each piece unique. ## Ordering By submitting an order, you confirm that the information you have provided (name, address, payment details) is accurate and that you are legally authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil it (for example, because a material is unavailable). ## Prices and payment All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include any applicable VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Prices for delivery outside Cyprus and the European Union are 20% higher (see our Shipping policy). ## Returns and refunds See our Refund policy. ## Custom orders Custom and personalised orders require confirmation of details (colour, size, personalisation text) before we begin production. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or changed. Full payment is required upfront for custom items. ## Intellectual property All designs, photographs, and content on misspapa.com are the intellectual property of Miss PAPA and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission. ## Limitation of liability Miss PAPA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, and our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question, except where the law does not allow this.
