All Miss PAPA pieces are handmade to order or from limited ready-made stock. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch.

Delivery within Cyprus

We offer home delivery across Cyprus via ACS Courier.
Standard delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch
Delivery fee: free on every order

International delivery

We ship worldwide, tracked. Estimated delivery after dispatch: EU countries 5–8 business days, United Kingdom 5–10, rest of the world 7–14. Times are estimates and can be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Europe: €18 — free on orders over €200
United Kingdom, Switzerland & Norway: €25
North America & the Gulf: €38
Asia-Pacific & South Africa: €45

Prices for delivery outside Cyprus and the European Union are 20% higher than our Cyprus and EU prices. The price you see at checkout for your country is the price you pay.

Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply in your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel.

Returns & exchanges

Because each piece is handmade, we take great care in quality control before dispatch. If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo and your order number, and we will make it right. This does not affect your legal rights.

Custom and personalised orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty.

Ready-made items, including items bought in a sale, may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Contact us with your order number before sending anything back. We refund the item and the standard delivery charge you paid to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
