## Handling time
All Miss PAPA pieces are handmade. Please allow **2–5 business days** for your order to be prepared and quality-checked before dispatch. Custom orders may require additional time — we will confirm your lead time when you order.
## Delivery within Cyprus
We deliver across Cyprus via ACS Courier.
- **Delivery time:** 1–2 business days after dispatch
- **Shipping fee:** €3.50 flat rate
- **Free shipping:** on orders over €80
## International delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and parcel weight.

## Customs and import duties

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to follow your parcel on the carrier's website.
